How this number is made
It is a rules model, not a model that thinks. Answers are the baseline — the highest weight, and a room you have not answered is left out of the number rather than averaged in at fifty. Connected data you actually gave, over a stretch of days — a week of calendar, not one event — nudges a little. Missing tools add nothing. Research-backed suggestions you mark done move the room they belong to: one Done is small and a week of them is visible, capped at one substantial thing a day so ticking boxes cannot game it, and days older than three weeks stop counting. There is no streak; coming back after a day away counts for more than never having stopped. A screening room — tobacco, and drink — is outside the picture unless you say it is part of your week: no card, no point on the wheel, and out of the average, because a room you do not have should not be propping up a number about your life. Answer that it is part of your week and it appears. Update asks the question again whenever you want to change it. Undo reverses that action. A guide, not a verdict.

Going well
- You keep time with people. That helps.
- You often get to bed as planned.
Could be better
- Learning is the first thing dropped. Twenty minutes is enough.
- Walks are happening less. Let the errand be the walk.
